Business Operations Training is part of UNT's Division of Integrity and Compliance.
The business training team manages learning within the Division of Integrity and Compliance and across the UNT campus. We are responsible for managing and assisting in the development and delivery of professional training initiatives that foster growth and change throughout the organization.
We manage and facilitate training projects focused on business process improvement, operations and related compliance items. We collaborate with campus employees to design and improve coursework that supports the mission of the university.
We have expertise-training employees of all levels by providing services to coach content masters through their "Training for the Trainer" program. Our focus is ensuring employees have the tools needed to maximize learning that will produce results. Results that improve efficiency while engaging employees in their departments and the community.
