Come learn how to create new eLearning courses using the UNT Bridge course builder. Participants will understand how to transform PowerPoints and other material into eLearning courses. They will also discover various software platforms that can be used to create engaging courses to upload into the UNT Bridge Learning Management System, LMS, and more. 

You can follow these steps to become a UNT Bridge Author:

1. Register for the UNT Bridge Author Training Program.

• This program features three steps:
  • The live introduction with the Business Operations Training team
  • The asynchronous UNT Bridge Author eLearning
  • The UNT Course Author Role Request

2. Once you submit your request for author access, a member of the Business Operations Training team will approve your request and grant you the Author role. 

• Please allow 1-2 business days for the team to approve your request. You will be sent an automatic message from Bridge once this is approved, and you may need to sign out and back into Bridge to see the Author option on your account. 

3. You are now a UNT Bridge Course Author! You can get started creating courses in the LMS.

• Don’t forget that your courses require approval to be published. When your course is finished, please submit the Course Publication Form and allow the team 2-3 business days to review and publish.
